Expo Booths – $1195 for a 10’x10′. Booths are 10’x10′ unless otherwise noted.

Show Hours – Sat & Sun 10 AM – 5 PM, Fri 10 AM – 4 PM
Exhibitor setup time – 12 PM – 7 PM on the Thursday or Friday morning 8 AM – 9:30 AM. Start time for Thursday may be earlier. We will know the week before the show.
TEARDOWN starts at 4 PM after the show closes and continues until we are done. All exhibits must be removed on Sunday night. Any exceptions must be prearranged 1 week before the show.
All exhibitors must provide proof of commercial liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million. Request a certificate of insurance with WoodShows.com listed as an additional insured.

Registration Deadline: 2 weeks prior to the event start date
List the name of your company and the names of the exhibitors working your booth.
Badges will be in a brown envelope in your website.
If you are leaving a vehicle or a trailer overnight at the International Centre you need to let the staff know your vehicle and trailer details.

You will not receive any confirmation that you have submitted the form, you do not need to display anything in your window.
We have increased the show to 50,000 sq. ft. for 2026 and we hope to expand to 65,000 sq. ft. if there is exhibitor demand.
