BOOTH FEATURES
Expo Booths – $1195 for a 10’x10′. Booths are 10’x10′ unless otherwise noted.
Drapery is provided if needed.
Hydro – to be ordered from Showtech Power & Lighting (USE A CHROME BROWSER).
– SHOWTECH has a three-tier pricing structure.
- Advance: Discount pricing available until 3 weeks before move-in. (Deadline is December 30, 2024)
- Standard: Available after the advance price date has passed and up before move-in.
- On-site: Available when move-in begins.
Tables & Chairs can be rented from the show service company or you can bring your own.

Exhibitor setup time – 12 PM – 7 PM on the Thursday or Friday morning 8 AM – 9:30 AM
TEARDOWN starts at 5 PM after the show closes and continues until we are done. All exhibits must be removed on Sunday night.
Exhibitor Insurance
All exhibitors must provide proof of commercial liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million. Request a certificate of insurance with Oak Leaf Productions listed as an additional insured.
