Booth Cost
- Expo Booth Fee – $800 for a 10’x10′ + 13% HST.
- Drapery is provided if needed.
- Internet access is provided for exhibitor.
- Fork lift service included – max weight 5,000 lbs
- Chairs are available n/c
- Hydro (20 AMPS-110V) – $100 + 13% HST
- Bare 8′ or 6′ tables can be rented for $20 + HST or you can order draped tables from Complete Rental.
Show Service Company
Setup & Teardown
- Exhibitor setup time – 10 AM – 7 PM on the Thursday or Friday morning 8 AM – 9:30 AM
- TEARDOWN starts at 4 PM after the show closes and continues until we are done. All exhibits must be removed on Sunday night.
The show will be held once again at the Caledonia Fairgrounds. The building is bright, has plenty of free parking and scenic views of the Grand River and is 20 minutes from the Hamilton International Airport.
The Riverside Exhibition Centre, formerly the Old Arena, was completely renovated in 2020 and has been transformed into Haldimand County’s largest event space.
The main floor exhibit hall will host various woodworking tools and machinery suppliers.
The 2nd floor Mutual Room will hold the (CWC) Canadian Woodcarving Championships and the various woodworking club attending the event. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Grand River from the 2,800 sq. ft. Mutual Room.
The Riverside Exhibition Centre is connected online with both Wi-Fi 6, and gigabit CAT6 wired connections serviced by a state-of-the-art fiber-optic network. Access to the internet, is included with your expo booth.
50% deposit due upon booking, balance due September 1, 2025
Exhibitor Insurance
All exhibitors must provide proof of commercial liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million. A certificate of insurance with Oak Leaf Productions listed as an additional insured should be provided 1 month before the show.

Exhibitor Rules
- Items for sale must be woodworking related.
- LIABILITY – Oak Leaf Productions will not be responsible for any products and/or services sold or offered by The Vendor. The Show will not assume any responsibility for losses or injuries to property or persons incurred from pilfering, water damage, fire, accident, or any other cause.
- INDEMNIFICATION The Vendor shall indemnify The Show and its Directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from all losses, claims, costs and liabilities which may arise directly or indirectly, as a result of the granting of this license. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for all acts or omissions due to or caused by any person at any time while occupying the Licensed Area.
- NO SOLICITATION outside of your contracted space
- LOCATION – The Show reserves the right to relocate exhibitor booths. The Vendor does not have the right to occupy the same Licensed Areas as in previous years.
- All vendor fees are non-refundable.
- Management has the right to have you remove items for sale from your booth if deemed inappropriate or have not been preapproved on your contra
